Carrotmob makes it rain

Carrotmob is a group in SF that uses the community’s collective buying power as a means to make corporations do things in a more environmentally friendly light.

Their mantra is simple: Corporations will do anything for money. So what if the solution is as equally simple as the problem? Watch the video to see why this makes sense. I’m not one for pushing green politics on anyone, but I thought this is a very smart approach to the issue. I’m looking forward to see what’s next for them.

Awesome Video Mike.

The consumer wins and the planet wins.

Show exactly the power we have over the market place. Puts the politicians and the multi nationals right in there place.

Cheers, Mike King.
