Here are two near-identical outdoor ideas, the one above coming from South Africa for Eskom Energy.

Both brilliant, but I think Sukle beat these guys to the punch seeing that these were running the same concept (although not using electricity originally) over a year ago. Plus, aren't these only effective at night?
